[摘要] 国家体育场钢结构工程,构件弯扭,建筑造型复杂,加工制作难度非常大,通过对构件形成的原理与规律的研究,为工程加工制作的顺利进行奠定了基础,开发了三维特形构件软件,提高了生产效率,对弯扭构件的加工、制作全过程进行了总结。

Manufacturing Technology of Bending Members with Large Space

Abstract:The steel members in National Stadium are crooked, the stadium form is complex,
and the manufacturing technology for the stadium is difficult. According to study on the
molding principle of members and rules, engineers successfully finish the manufacturing
of this project. Engineers develop 3D special form software which improves efficiency.
This paper summarizes the manufacturing and fabrication process of bending members.

国家体育场位于北京成府路南侧,奥林匹克公园中心区内,建成后将作为北京2008年奥运会的主场,并将成为北京新的标志性建筑之一。
国家体育场钢结构为空间钢结构,建筑顶面呈鞍形,长轴为332.3m 短轴为296.4m,最最高点高度为68.5m,最低点高度为42.8m,屋盖中间开洞长度不186.7m,宽度为127.5m,48榀主桁架围绕屋盖中间的开口放射形布置,配以屋面次桁架形成大跨度屋盖支撑在周边24根组合钢柱上,组合钢柱之间通过立面次桁架相连形成一整体,整体建筑呈独特的“鸟巢”造型。
工程钢结构总重约45000t,所用钢材基本覆盖国内大部分钢材型号及规格,如国内首次轧制并应用于实际建筑工程中的Q460E钢,其它型号有Q235、Q345、Q345GJ以及铸钢件20Mn5V,板厚从8mm到110mm。
